We are a curated online boutique specialising in authentic designer and premium menswear, with direct access to European and USA inventory. By operating exclusively online, we offer high-end brands at highly competitive prices without the traditional retail markup.
Are all your luxury and designer products authentic?
Yes. Our luxury and designer items are sourced through reputable authorised wholesale distributors in Europe and the USA, and are supplied to us as genuine. Our other premium collections are sourced from established manufacturers.
Why are your prices so competitive compared to retail stores?
By operating exclusively online and sourcing directly from international wholesale channels, including current collections, past-season, overstock, and select pre-loved or imperfect pieces - we avoid the heavy overhead of traditional retail. This lets us offer authentic items at highly competitive prices. New arrivals are added regularly.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to request and ship your return (request your return label within the first 7 days, and send it within the remaining 7). Refunds are made to your original payment method. For US orders, a flat $25 USD per-item return shipping fee applies, and any import duties, taxes or carrier fees you paid are refunded with the item price. For all other countries, there is no return shipping fee, but import duties, taxes or carrier fees are not refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee. Please see our Return & Refund Policy.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or item, simply return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
How does shipping work?
We offer express and economy shipping options at checkout. Depending on your location, both Priority All-Inclusive (DDP) and Standard (DDU) options may be available. We recommend Priority All-Inclusive (DDP), where offered, so that all customs duties, taxes and carrier fees are pre-paid at checkout - meaning no surprise charges on delivery.
Is my order insured during shipping?
Yes. All shipments are covered against loss or damage in transit. If an issue arises, we investigate and file a claim with the carrier on your behalf, and approved claims are refunded in full. Please report any transit damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Are customs duties and taxes refundable if I return an item?
It depends on your destination. For US orders, any import duties, taxes or carrier fees you paid at checkout are refunded together with the item price (less the $25 per-item return shipping fee). For all other countries, import duties, taxes or carrier fees are not refundable, as once paid they cannot be recovered from customs authorities, tax agencies or carriers. If you chose a Standard (DDU) option and paid duties directly on delivery, those amounts are likewise not refundable by us.
